Club meetings are generally held on the third Monday of each month except January, March (The Club Camp replaces the meeting) and August (The AGM is held in place of the meeting).

Sign in at reception upon arrival, head up stairs to the left of main doors, the club meeting is located in the room on the left hand side at the top of the stairs.
Monthly meetings commence at 6pm for a pre-meeting feed at the RSL, and 7pm for the Meeting.
Monthly meetings are generally informal and interactive. They have a program rather than an agenda. The meetings are facilitated rather than chaired. Monthly meetings are predominately for organising future trips and events, and talking about 4-wheel driving.
The program aims to be social, entertaining and informative. Some of our feature segments include:

- Show & Shine (or don’t shine!) Competition
- Camp Cook-Off
As we are a club where everyone gets involved and every member helps plan the trips our monthly meetings are usually spent organizing future trips and events, and talking about 4-wheel driving.
