    • The membership year aligns with the Financial Year (1st July to 30th June).
    • General Membership (Family) fees include dependent children under 18 as long as they are registered with the club.
    • Prospective Member and Visitor fees include your partner or spouse and any dependent children, as long as they are registered.
    • General Membership applications received between 1st January and March 31st will receive a 20% discount on total fee.
    • General Membership applications received between 1st April and May 30th will receive a 50% discount on total fee.
    • General Membership applications received in June will be charged the advertised fees for the following year and be considered paid until June 30th of the following year.
    • There is no discount for Prospective Member or Visitor fees.
    • Invoices for renewal of Annual Subscriptions will be sent in May, and are due on 20th June for the following financial year.
    • Prospective Members cannot reapply for further Prospective Membership status. Visitors are welcome to re-apply.
    • Members with fees outstanding from 20th June will be considered non-financial. After 31st July, the Committee will notify that the membership has terminated, and may charge a joining fee if this person wants to reapply as a member.
    • If a Prospective Member or Visitor decides to upgrade their membership to a General Member, the Temporary Member fee is deducted from the General Member fee, providing that the General Member fee is received within 60 days of the club receiving the visitor or prospective member fee.
    • Refund of Fees – there is no refund of fees.

 

  • 1. Prospective Members can drive their own vehicle on two trips per financial year.
  • 2. Visitors are passengers in a General Members vehicle and are entitled to attend two trips per financial year – they cannot drive on trips.
