Membership Application Form

Club 4×4 is open to accepting new Members. Please use this form to register your interest in joining our awesome 4WD Club.

Before applying for a Membership please read the General Club Information, Trip Rules, Trip Ratings and Club Values. As a member of the club, under any membership category, you must comply with our rules and values.

Once we receive your application the Membership Officer will be in contact with you to start the Membership Application process.

Notes about the process:

  • Applications may take several days to process
  • We normally require you to attend at least one Meeting before accepting a Membership Application
  • Membership begins when fees are received, and the acceptance email is sent

Membership Details

    Membership

  • Means an adult (over 18 years of age) who is registered as a General Member (i.e. application has been accepted by the committee, and all fees are paid) and who may take advantage of the rights and privileges of General Members as described in the Club Rules. General Members may also register a spouse as a General Member and children as Junior Members.
  • Means an adult (and their immediate family or significant other) who is considering or intending to join as a General Member and who would like to drive their own vehicle on a Club Trip (maximum two trips). Prospective Members have limited privileges and cannot reapply for Prospective Membership.
  • Means an adult (and their significant other), invited by a General Member to attend a Club Trip or event (maximum two per financial year). A Visitor may be a passenger in the General Member’s vehicle but cannot drive. These Members have limited privileges but can re-apply the following financial year..

  • The Club normally only accepts new Memberships from Victoria as we are Melbourne based and want Members to be able to participate fully in the Club. If you are moving to Victoria or spend a significant amount of time between two States then please put in a Membership Application. For all other situations feel free to put in an Application and we will be in touch to discuss your individual circumstances.
