The Dunes of Wyperfeld – September 2017

Join Mick and Club 4×4 escape the city on Grand Final weekend by exploring the dunes of Wyperfeld National Park.  The plan is to travel the tracks of Wyperfeld National park and Big Desert.

Starting at Hopetoun, we will be following the tracks to Wirrengren Plain via Lake Albacutya on a sightseeing day staying at Casuarina campground.

Next day we will drive north to the top of the National Park and head west into the Big Desert National Park and stay at Big Billy campground.  We will make our way home on the third day via Nhill.

This is a very scenic and enjoyable trip and those who haven’t experienced sand driving, this is a great experience.
