| Location and/or Description of Trip (Itinerary): | This trip will be a base camp type trip. Join us on Friday evening at a campsite on the Howqua River (exact location to be confirmed but likely Pickerings Flat or 7 Mile Flat) for a weekend by the river. A small medium/difficult drive will be organised on Saturday up to Mt Stirling taking in Monument Track and Clear Hills Tk for those wanting to go for a wander. The aim is to setup for the weekend by the river and just relax. So bring the camper/van, bring the family and join us for a relaxing weekend away. |

| Brief directions to meeting point: | Drive to Mansfield then follow Mt Buller Road to Merrijig and turn right onto Howqua Track just after Merrijig. Sheepyard Flat is 17km down Howqua Track (https://goo.gl/maps/knNpcF548ix). From there, we will guide you to the exact campsite to be determined. |

Feel free to bring your caravan or camper as we will be setting up a base camp on the river. Camping equipment, food, water and supplies for a weekend in the bush. Toilets will be at the campsite. |
