| Location and/or Description of Trip (Itinerary): | Let's go into the High Country and visit the iconic Wannangatta Valley on the Victorian Election weekend. Camping near the Barkley River (outside Licola) on Friday night. Saturday we'll do Black Soil Gully Tk,. Macalister River Tk, Butcher Country Tk and then Zeka Spur Tk down into the Wonnangatta Valley. Sunday we'll most likely drive out to the north and visit the King Valley on the way home. Note: If rain is scheduled for the weekend we'll change up the itinerary as Black Soil Gully Tk is not good to do in the wet. |

| Any specific requirements? | Food, water and fuel for a weekend in the High Country. A snorkel is recommended for this trip as we will be crossing the Macalister River a few times and the rivers have been higher than normal this year due to the increased rain fall. Recovery gear for a Difficult rated trip. |
