| Location and/or Description of Trip (Itinerary): | A bit of Avon Wilderness wanderings to be had Highlights will be Mount Margerat Track / Avon Track and Lloyds Knob....track The tracks will be difficult and steep, so you'll need experience for this trip. | Any specific requirements? | You'll need fuel, water and food for 3 days. there will be NO Access to fuel once we are on the tracks. Last fuel is Licola or Heyfield on the Friday night when you are inbound to campground, contact the Licola Store for Opening times Please make sure your vehicle is in good working order and winch is working. I won't make camp till around 7-8pm but I will be kebab/frothies in hand so make sure that fire is roaring if you are ahead of me. |
