Location:	Whitfield area/Alpine NP
Location and/or Description of Trip (Itinerary):	Since the weather preventing us from running this trip in September, we now offer it again, but this time, with an updated itinerary. We will check out some sights such as Lake William Hovell, Top Crossing Hut and planning on visiting Craig's Hut and we will get to drive some of the cool tracks in the area such as Burnt Top Hill track and tracks around Mt Stirling. The itinerary is pretty flexible, but hoping to camp at Sandy Flat on the Friday night and at Pineapple Flat on the Saturday night. As is usually the case with my trips, there may be a little scenic walk here and there.

Brief directions to meeting point:	Drive to Mansfield via the Maroondah Highway and Buller Sports is on the right hand side of the road as you come into Mansfield.

Any specific requirements?	Recovery gear and recovery points as per the club rules and driver experience preferred. All terrain or mud tyres a must as is a snorkel because of river crossings. Winches recommended. There will be facilities at both campsites and hopefully they won't be busy. Please bring enough food, water and fuel for 2 full days of driving in the High Country. We are going into the High Country so please also check the weather and dress appropriately.
