Location:	Wombat State Forest
Location and/or Description of Trip (Itinerary):	The Wombat Forest 4WD Touring Route starts at Gisborne and takes in the scenic sites of the Wombat State Forest managed by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP). The route is approximately 100 km and will take a full day to complete. The route ends at Spargo Creek The scenic sites along the way are, Firth Park, Yankee Mine Site, Rat Hole Mine, Balt Camp, Mt Hope, Werribee River Picnic Area. The trip will be cancelled if there is fire activity in the area, a total fire ban is declared in the central region or the fire danger rating is Extreme or higher.
