Bring a friend camping weekend – March 2016

Join Jess, Rob and Club 4×4 a camping/water sport, weekend for all club members and friends who might be interested in joining a 4WD club.

The Event will start and finish at the Camp Site. This is an Event and not a club trip so non-members are allowed to come along. As this is an Event and not a Club Trip 4WD’ing is not allowed.
Special Booking Instructions:

If you are not a Club member please book for the event on conjunction with a Club Member. Please use the standard booking form for Club Trips and put all non-members down as Temporary/Visitor. Friends of a Club Members who are bringing their own vehicle should book their vehicle in on a separate booking form and note in the comments which Club member they know. If you are a non-member and coming as just a passenger please book as a passenger on the Club Members booking.

Cape York

Exploring Cape York – Oct 2016

Club 4×4 is going to Cape York in 2016, it’s going to be an awesome trip.

We’ll spend a bit over 3 weeks exploring Cape York. We’ll be visiting some of the iconic sites in Cape York including the Old Telegraph Line and a trip to Thursday Island. The plan is to start in Cooktown and work our way north ending up at the northern most tip of the Australian mainland. Then work our way back south taking in many of the wonderful sites that the cape has to offer. The trip will finish in Laura.

Beechworth Historical Run – Feb 2016

Join Arron and Club 4×4 on a tour through El Dorado, visiting the El Dorado dredge before spending the day in the Mt Pilot NP testing and improving your driving skills. We will visit Woolshed Falls and pull up for the night on Reedy Creek. Second day will see a visit to Mt Pilot for some 360 degree views of the surrounding land before finishing in Beechworth.

Follow the path of the Snowy River – Dec 2015

Join Jacko, Arron and Club4x4 and spend the Christmas break exploring the mighty Snowy River NP and surrounding areas. Whilst the itinerary is not fixed, we will take in the highlights of the Snowy River area including Buchan Caves, Jackson’s Crossing, McKillops Bridge, Little River Gorge and more. We will then venture into the Eastern edge of the Alpine NP.

4 days Caledonia River to Wonnangatta to Blue Rag – Jan 2016

Join Rob and Club 4×4 on a trip from Mansfield through Sheep Yard Flats to Caledonia River Track then camping on the challenging Butcher Country Track for the first night then onto Wonnangatta for two nights on the river. We’ll also visit Blue Rag Range on the final day.
