Itinerary:

Day 1: Mansfield to Craigs Hut via the Monument Track and then Camping at Pineapple Flat
Day 2: Pineapple Flat to Mansfield, via Bindaree Falls, Bindaree Hut, Pikes Flat, 16 Mile Jeep Track and back to Mansfield

Haunted Stream Track – Nov 2013

This was a great trip down Haunted Stream Track and onto Blue Rag Range.

Itinerary:
Track starts on Great Alpine Rd about 1 hour from Bairnsdale. Numerous river crossings and steep climbs. NO supplies once we leave Bairnsdale until we get to Dargo. After Haunted or Blue Rag Track (depends on conditions) we will meander around Crooked River and associated area.

Strathbogie and Tolmie – Oct 2013

Trip led by Rob Wallace through the Strathbogie Ranges and Tolmie including the Toombullup Historic Area and the Kelly Tree.

Club 4x4 geo Haunted Stream

Toombullup State Forest (Tolmie) – Sept 2013

A trip through the Strathbogie Forest and onto the Toombullup Historic Area. We also visited the Kelly Tree and spent some time waiting on the side of the track for the replacement for a broken camper trailer bearing to be delivered. Thanks to the people who helped us get on the road again.

Mt Skene – August 2013

A trip to the snow featuring Mt Selma, Mt Skene, Jamison, Matlock….

Trip Dates: 17th – 18th August 2013
Itinerary:
– Leave Diamond Creek 7 am sharp
– Stop for a pie and coffee in Warburton at approx 8:15 am
– Follow roads over Mt Selma and Mt Skene to try and find some snow!
– Have some fun and lunch above the snow line
– Arrive at Jamieson pub for dinner about 5 or 6 pm.
– Drive home via highway on Sunday morning.
