This trip is a take 2 of the snowy river region trip. The Deddick trail was impassable due to high rivers and sections of the track had been closed due to fallen trees.

Fri 29th March 2024
Melbourne to Jacksons Crossing


Sat 30th March 2024

Today we’ll head east from Jacksons Crossing across the Snowy River to Varneys Tk. Next we’ll head up to the Yalamy Rd and down the iconic Deddick Trail to Mckillops Bridge. Camping near by at the little river camp site.

Sun 31st March 2024
Heading for Native Dog campsite via a track or two and a few sight seeing opportunities. (waterfalls and if time permits Rams horn)

Mon 1st March 2024

Head home.
