Snow Driving Trip – July 2017
Club 4×4’s first snow driving trip of the season is on. If you have never driven in the snow before, it is a very special experience and a lot of fun.
Itinerary
The plan is to camp below the snow line on Friday night. We’ll find some snow on Saturday and return to camp below the snow line again on the Saturday night. Sunday we’ll do a short drive then finish the trip.
The Location of the trip will be determined by the weather conditions and where there is snow. However it’s likely we’ll have a 2.5 – 3.5 hr drive Friday night and the same to return to Melbourne on Sunday.
Haunted Stream – May 2017

The early group will head up on Friday night and camp at Tambo Crossing; whilst the late group will also head up on Friday night, but stay at Bairnsdale Caravan Park. The trip will be run as two groups, around 30 mins apart, but doing the same tracks. On Saturday, the groups will tackle the Haunted Stream track to Dawson City. On Sunday, the groups will venture into Dargo and head home.

Winter @ Mt Blue Rag – May 2017

Itinerary
The plan will be to venture to Bright on Friday night and stay in the vicinity before heading to Mt Blue Rag on Saturday. We will then take in some tracks to the west of Harrietville and camp in the Buckland Valley. On Sunday we will check out some tracks in the Buckland before heading home.
