The Committee is excited to announce that the Club 4×4 Annual Camp is on for 2023!
The camp will be held at the same location again and will take place on the weekend of 17th – 19th March 2023.
The Annual Camp is a family orientated weekend away with an aim to provide current and prospective members with an opportunity to meet and socialise with other members that you might not otherwise see on 4WD Trips or at the Monthly Club Meetings.
Activities available this year include:
- Playground
- Jumping Pillow
- Swimming Pool
- BMX Pump Track
- Games Room
- Basketball
- Beach Volleyball
- Pedal Kart Track
- Access to Lake Eildon for boating/fishing/canoeing
- Nearby 4WD tracks in the Rubicon/Big River region
Based on numbers from last year we have reserved 20 grassed, unpowered sites for both Friday and Saturday night in the riverfront “Unpowered Camping” area shown on the attached map. Both night’s accommodation in this area will be paid for by the club on a first come, first served basis. If you’d prefer to stay in a cabin or a powered site, you can do so at your own expense.
Please fill out a Trip Booking form on the website. Once submitted Geoff (Events Manager) will be in contact with you to complete your booking with the Park.
The Club will cater dinner which will be provided on Saturday night in the adjacent undercover camp kitchen. Make sure to specify any special dietary requirements on your booking form.
Last year we trialled having dogs at the camp and we will continue with this policy this year. Please exercise common sense and do not bring your dog if it does not socialise well with young children or other dogs. Please read the “Pet Friendly” section of the Park Rules & Policies and make sure you are able to comply before deciding to bring your dog.
All attendees should read the Park Rules & Policies and abide by them while on the camp. For more details on the park, visit their website: Breeze Holiday Parks – Eildon
To secure your place on the 2023 Annual Camp, please use the booking button below and make sure to complete the Annual Camp section that has been added this year. For catering purposes, please submit a booking even if you are organising your own accommodation.
Hope to see you there!
